About the Role:
Our client, a leading hospital system in the Nuremberg/Fürth region, is seeking dedicated Psychiatric Nurses to join their interdisciplinary healthcare teams. You will be employed directly by the hospital on a secure German contract.

Your tasks
- Provide holistic and compassionate nursing care for psychiatric and gerontopsychiatric patients.
- Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of doctors, psychotherapists, and specialists.
- Support patients through acute emotional crises and carry out structured therapeutic care plans.
- Maintain accurate nursing records, care documentation, and medication plans in compliance with German clinical standards.
What you bring
- Completed degree or recognized 3-year vocational qualification as a Registered Nurse / Healthcare Specialist.
- Prior experience or strong interest in clinical psychiatry, psychotherapy, or mental health nursing.
- High empathy, communication skills, and emotional resilience in crisis situations.
- German B2 language proficiency (or willingness to complete B2 training with Philip Global's guidance).
